Joy Cryer

Joy has been in the health profession for 16 years and throughout that time has felt a strong call to advocate for the unborn.

Through her experiences in the workplace she believes we need to be strategic in how we fight abortion in our nation.  She is keen to explore respectful and strategic ways to open peoples eyes to the truth of abortion.

Joy has been actively involved in the Wellington Voice for Life committee for the past few years after she connected with VFL through attending the Social Justice Tour Voice for Life put on in 2018.

She’s a busy mum of two young boys, her husband is a barrister and is very supportive of the work Voice for Life does. After many years of involvement in church and other volunteer organisations, she feels the Pro-Life movement is where she is called to be at the moment as nothing else seems as important.
